Created with care and intention, Passage/50 pieces hold a special place in our journey.
For this reason, all items are final sale and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

Made-to-order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours, as production begins immediately.

정성스럽게 그리고 천천히 만들어낸 작업이지요.
일상 속에 자연스럽게 스며들고 오래 곁에 머물기를 바라는 마음으로 완성되었습니다.

이런 특별한 제작 과정과 의미를 지닌 만큼, Passage/50 컬렉션의 모든 상품은 환불·교환·반품이 불가합니다. 소중한 컬렉션의 가치를 지키기 위한 정책임을 너그럽게 이해해 주시길 부탁드립니다.

단, 주문 제작 상품의 경우 제작이 즉시 시작되므로, 주문 취소는 24시간 이내에만 가능합니다.

Because every piece is unique and one-of-a-kind, all items are final sale and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

모든 상품은 환불·교환·반품이 불가합니다.

✶ Ready-to-Ship & Curated Items

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

저희의 큐레이션 제품들은 배송 완료 후 3일 이내에 반품 또는 교환이 가능합니다.
단, 상품은 반드시 미사용·미착용 상태이며, 모든 오리지널 태그와 포장이 온전히 유지되어야 합니다.


✶ Exclusions

We are unable to accept returns if:

  • The item has been used, washed, damaged, or altered.
  • Value has diminished due to wear, improper handling, or consumption.
  • It is custom, made-to-order, vintage, or a sale item.
  • Packaging of intimate items (e.g., underwear, accessories) has been opened.
  • The item is perishable or time-sensitive.

다음의 경우에는 반품이 불가능합니다:

  • 제품이 사용되었거나, 세탁·손상·수선된 경우
  • 부주의한 취급 또는 착용으로 인해 상품 가치가 훼손된 경우
  • 주문제작, 맞춤상품, 빈티지 제품, 혹은 세일 상품인 경우
  • 언더웨어·액세서리 등 위생상품의 포장이 개봉된 경우



✶ Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
We will cover return shipping for defective or wrong items and issue a replacement or refund.

불량 및 오배송 상품은 배송 완료 후 2일 이내에 고객센터로 연락해 주세요.
불량이거나 잘못 배송된 상품은 저희가 반품 배송비를 부담하며, 교환 또는 환불을 진행해드립니다.

✶ Return Procedure

  1. Please email support[@]saisaiachilles.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. You must first contact us and return the item only to the address we provide.
    If a package is sent back without prior approval, it will be returned to the sender.

  3. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

International customers must arrange their own return shipping.

반드시 먼저 저희와 연락 후, 안내해드린 주소로만 반품이 가능합니다.
사전 승인 없이 임의로 반송된 상품은 발송인에게 그대로 되돌려집니다.

상품은 반드시 미사용 상태이며, 모든 태그와 포장이 온전히 유지되어야 합니다.

해외 고객님의 경우, 직접 반품 배송을 진행해 주셔야 합니다.

✶ Important Notes

All shipping costs, customs duties, and related fees are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.

For change-of-mind returns, original shipping fees and return costs will be deducted from the refund.
